Submission System

All submissions must be made through the Microsoft Conference Management Toolkit (CMT) system. Please follow these steps to submit your paper:

Using Microsoft CMT

  1. Access the Submission Portal: Visit this page here (will be opened soon)
  2. Create an Account or Sign In:
    • If you already have a CMT account, sign in with your credentials
    • New users should click on “Create Account” and complete the registration process
  3. Start a New Submission:
    • Click on “Create new submission” in the Author Console
    • Select the appropriate track for your submission
    • Enter the title, abstract, and keywords for your paper
    • Add all authors with their complete information
    • Upload your abstract as a docx/doc file
  4. Paper Review Preferences:
    • Indicate areas of expertise relevant to your submission
    • Suggest potential reviewers (optional)
    • Declare any conflicts of interest
  5. Submit Your Paper:
    • Review all information for accuracy
    • Click “Submit” to complete the process
    • You will receive a confirmation email upon successful submission

 

Paper Format Requirements for Submission

  • Abstract must be submitted in docx/doc format
  • Abstract length: 150-250 words, 3-5 keywords
  • Papers must be written in English
  • Double-blind review process: remove all author information from your submission
